ABOUT
The golden oyster is a spectacular bright yellow mushroom. It is extremely fragile post-harvest, which limits its distribution to far away markets. This mushroom has a spicy and bitter at first, it imparts a strong nutty flavour after thorough cooking. When they are cripsly cooked, a strong, appealing cashew-like flavour eventually develops. It is becoming increasingly popular as a garnish in salads.
