       Garrett was raised on military bases all over the world. Since he was a young boy he has been hunting and foraging for his food. As a child his mom used to pay him to pick local berries and he would go on fishing adventures for hours by himself. He also remembers going hunting and  foraging for mushrooms with his dad. Food has been the centre of a lot of funny stories over the years, from his mom making ice cream sandwiches with real bread to him being coined the "rice hog" in college.

      Being a farmer and making a local product to sell has always been a dream for him so when we decided to build this business he has been working tirelessly to make it happen.  Garrett is the previous owner of a successful limousine business. He has learnt a lot about being an entrepreneur from building a business from the group up. Farming mushrooms is a whole new world for him but he has used his experience in carpentry to design and build the mushroom facility. Of course there has been some consulting 

along the way but the bulk of the work has been

 Garrett and he has done an amazing job.
